Service Designer exploring the intersection of Design, Research and Strategy
A minimalist with a strong belief in functional Design, I am a Service Design graduate with a background in Visual communication Design.
During my 7 year long stint as a Visual Designer my design process always steered towards problem solving based on user research, which intern fuelled my desire to explore design at a Strategic level bringing me to the world of Human Centered Design.
I now create design solutions where human centered approach to problem solving can be applied in developing integrated product- service systems. I have keen interest in human psychology and strongly believe that all design decisions should be driven by user behaviour, aimed at either solving a problem or fulfilling a user need. Given my eternal love for solving puzzles, insight analysis, mapping journeys and joining the dots is what keeps my heart kicking!
